Rules About Adding New Characters

As you made your way to creating a new character, the words that the leader has said came back to you:

You can make as much characters as you want. Though you can't of course copy another person's work. That's about it. You can make the person annoying, make him/her fly, I don't care. But please take note that other people's stories would like characters to not be extremely lucky such as having the best life, stronger powers than others, etc.
